Help! I've forgotten my password because I use zMUD to log in for me!

(The following is using zMUD 4.62, any other versions may or may not use the same methods)

zMUD's autologon is a simple process, you enter in your character name and password and it makes a new settings file with autologon triggers already set after your first logon. To keep people from noticing your password when you logon it automatically "gags" your password, or makes it so the client never sees that word when it appears on your screen.

To "ungag" your password you go in the "View" menu, select "Preferences," then click on "General." (Or simply click on the General button under the menus) Go to the "Command Parser" section, and there should be an opinion to "Gag password," uncheck the box and your password will now be seen when you log on. You can use the same process to regain your password.
