Spell Point Requirements: This spell will take at least 47 sp and at most 120 sp to cast.


NAME
  calm - interrupts combat situations

SYNOPSIS
  cast calm <victim>

DESCRIPTION
  When this spell is cast upon an opponent during battle, it will
  cause them to temporarily lose interest in the fight. In order
  for the caster to successfully promote the calming effect, they
  must have a higher personality than their victim.

REQUIREMENTS
  1 earth reagent, 1 gem reagent, 2 ethereal reagents

Your personality has to be close to the victim's personality in order to calm them - otherwise they will not be calmed.

Very useful when fighting (most) mobs that do not allow you to flee. Also a must in the Tavern of the Boars challenge. Unfortunately, if you do not have an amulet of Spell Delivery, you will lose a round while casting calm.
