SYNOPSIS
cast 'magic dart' <victim>

DESCRIPTION
This simple spell creates several small projectiles from thin air, and
sends them speeding towards an opponent. While it is not as damaging as
some other spells, magic dart can be cast very quickly by a skilled mage.

REQUIREMENTS
* You must be a Wizard or Ranger in order to make use of this spell.
* No reagents are required to cast this spell.
* This spell has no minimum comprehension requirement.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* This spell is simple enough to be cast quickly.
* This spell forms a projectile and may be used from any position in a
formation, regardless of obstruction.
* This spell may potentially be blocked by a shield-holder using the
SHIELD BLOCK defense.
