DESCRIPTION
This spell allows the caster to create a powerful electric charge from
the static energy in the air, and direct it towards an opponent in the
form of a deadly bolt of lightning.
REQUIREMENTS
* You must be a Wizard or Ranger in order to make use of this spell.
* Casting this spell requires the use of 1 fire reagent.
* In order to practice this spell you must have achieved at least 20%
Spell Complexity Comprehension.

* This spell can be cast faster than most.
* This spell forms a projectile and may be used from any position in a
formation, regardless of obstruction.
