Spell Point Requirements: This spell will take at least 60 sp and at most 150 sp to cast.


NAME
  haste - speeds up the target

SYNOPSIS
  cast haste <target>

DESCRIPTION
  This spell improves the reflexes and neural synapse operation of
  the target player, allowing them to attack more quickly and with
  greater precision. Because such intense functioning is very
  draining, the effects will wear off after a period of time.

  Be warned that while under the effects of haste, you will
  regenerate hit points, spell points, and stamina at half the
  speed you would normally. This is due to the amounts of energy
  it takes to keep such a spell active.
