SYNOPSIS
cast 'dispel area'

DESCRIPTION
Dispel area is a powerful sorcery that strips magical effects from a
room. The spell can cancel out door traps, room shields, circles of fire,
magical darkness, and the like. It will affect the room in which it was
cast as well as any adjoining rooms, although particularly strong effects
many require multiple attempts before they are removed.

REQUIREMENTS
* You must be a Wizard in order to make use of this spell.
* Casting this spell requires the use of 1 ethereal reagent, 1 air
reagent, 1 water reagent, 1 fire reagent and 1 earth reagent.
* In order to practice this spell you must have achieved at least 75%
Spell Complexity Comprehension.
* You may not use this spell while in combat.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Requiring greater concentration, this spell is slow to cast.
* This spell belongs to the Abjuration school.
