scribe - copies a spell from a scroll into a spellbook
SYNOPSIS
cast scribe <scroll>
DESCRIPTION
This spell allows a caster to transfer a spell that has been
written on a magical scroll into a spellbook the caster is
holding. If the spellbook has enough free pages to contain the
spell, the transfer will work, destroying the scroll as it copies.
Some spells are too powerful, and cannot be scribed into
spellbooks. Such spells can only be cast from the scrolls they are
written on.
