NAME
yo-yo - deadly accurate, rather unusual weapon, most commonly used by
those of a rogue persuasion
DESCRIPTION
A yo-yo is usually crafted of two metal or wooden discs held together
by a central rod, around which is wrapped string crafted from fine
silk or hemp. Although the yo-yo has common use as a child's toy, its
true use is as a deadly accurate weapon in the hands of one trained in
such techniques.
Yo-yos can be used at a distance, and can be pulled back and used again
for multiple attempts at the prey. Some yo-yos have sharp metal spikes
on them dipped in poison, so that only a scratch is necessary to mortally
wound an enemy. A true master of the yo-yo can use it to such a degree
that his victim will not even see the weapon as it flies through the air.

Yo-Yo's get a bad reputation because of their lower accuracy and damage as compared to more popular weapons, but they have several redeeming factors. They are a low weight bash weapon, making them an ideal secondary weapon. A good number of yoyos have special attributes such as flaming, poison, ect, another good reason to carry them as a sidearm. Other reasons include the fact that parry suffers against weapons that the parrier is not skilled in, and the low price of many of the most useful yoyos.
