NAME
  third attack - proficiency that allows one to have at least three
         attacks in combat

DESCRIPTION
  When this proficiency is learned properly, it allows one to have
  an additional attack in combat, through use of strategy, planning,
  and combat maneuvers.

  Multiple attacks can be hindered by certain spells and effects.
