SYNOPSIS
cast charm <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This spell causes the victim to follow you and do your bidding.
You can use the 'order' command to control your minions. You are
held responsible for the actions of your followers, and other
people who attack them will be penalized as if they were fighting
you. The spell will only be effective if the caster's personality
is higher than their victim's, and the effect will wear off
eventually.
