magical items - passive proficiency that helps increase
your ability to use magical items
DESCRIPTION
This proficiency determines how well you use a magical item,
such as a wand, staff, orb, spell scroll, or potion. While you
can use magical items without this proficiency, it does greatly
improve your chances for success.
The 'magical items' proficiency also contributes to the success
of the 'multiply magic' and 'recharge item' spells.
