blind fighting - improves ability in combat while blinded
DESCRIPTION
Proficiency in blind fighting improves the player's chance of hitting his
opponent accurately in a melee combat situation. Based on how well the
skill is learned, it can improve chances of making successful hits up to
75% of the norm (without blindness).
REQUIREMENTS
* You must be a Rogue, Ranger, Monk or Valkyrie in order to make use of
this skill.
* In order to practice this skill you must have achieved at least 40%
Combat Complexity Comprehension.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* This skill may be mastered through study alone.
