SAFE ROOMS

NAME
safe room - room in which you cannot attack or be attacked

DESCRIPTION
When you enter a SAFE room, you will notice a white flag on your
prompt that says '[SAFE]'. This means that while in this room
you may not attack anyone, and conversely, you cannnot be attacked.

You may enter the chat area if you are in a safe room.

Not all [SAFE] rooms will allow you to enter chat.
