DESCRIPTION
This spell is the ultimate utilization of the psionic's superior mind,
projecting the electricity from their neural synapses throughout the
psionic's enemies in the room.

REQUIREMENTS
* You must be a Psionic in order to make use of this spell.
* In order to practice this spell you must have achieved at least 70%
Spell Complexity Comprehension.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Requiring greater concentration, this spell is slow to cast.
* This spell may be cast while you are silenced.
* This spell has no somatic element.
* This spell belongs to the Thought school.
