SYNOPSIS
evoke lightning <victim>

DESCRIPTION
This evocation allows the caster to conduct a powerful electric charge
from the elemental plane, and direct it towards an opponent in the form
of a bolt of lightning.

REQUIREMENTS
* You must be a Druid in order to make use of this evocation.
* Casting this spell requires the use of 1 air reagent and 1 fire
reagent.
* In order to practice this evocation you must have achieved at least 19%
Spell Complexity Comprehension.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Requiring greater concentration, this evocation is slow to cast.
* This evocation forms a projectile and may be used from any position in a
formation, regardless of obstruction.
* This evocation may potentially be blocked by a shield-holder using the
SHIELD BLOCK defense.
* This evocation belongs to the Evocation school.
