NAME
put - transfers an item from your person to within a container
SYNOPSIS
put <object name or 'all'> <container name>
put <#>.<object name or item type> [<container name>]
put all.<object name or item type> [<container name>]
DESCRIPTION
PUT transfers an item from your inventory to a container. If the
container is full, you may not be able to put more items into it.
If you are holding an item you are trying to put inside something
else, you must let go of it first using the UNEQUIP command.
Use 'put <#>.<object name>' or 'put all.<object name>' to reference
a specific item when duplicate items are present, or all objects
of the same name or type.
PUT will check your inventory first and then what you've got equipped
for an item matching the one you are attempting to relocate.
You can also reference items using quotes around the full short
description instead of just name keywords. For example, if the item
is called "a wizard's cloak", you can reference it by typing:
put "a wizard's cloak" trunk
