SYNOPSIS
yell <message>
shout <message>
dream <message>
DESCRIPTION
YELL sends a message to all awake characters within a specific range
around your current location. Usage of YELL will cost you stamina.
SHOUT sends a message to a wider range of characters than YELL, and
takes more stamina to use.
DREAM works while you are sleeping, and sends your dream to other
players in the world who are asleep, regardless of distance or
location.
Please refrain from using profanity, making unkind comments about
other players or clans, discussing real-life issues, etc. on these
channels. Abuse may result in the loss of your ability to use your
channels for a time, or permanently if the abuse continues.
