The following client links are provided for your convenience. There are many more clients available; this list contains some of the most popular ones. You will need to use a client to connect to Materia Magica, so it is advised you check out several of them for your particular operating system and find which one suits you best. We recommend you start with the Flash Client or the Moongate Java Client as these don't require any download to get going.

Both CMUD and ZMUD are advanced, popular Windows MUD Clients with a ton of features and plugins. CMUD is essentially "ZMUD: The Next Generation", in that it's been rewritten and supports more features (See here for a comparison of the two clients). If you can run it, CMUD is recommended over ZMUD.
