write - write something on a page of parchment using a quill pen

SYNOPSIS
write <parchment name>
write <parchment name> title <title of parchment>
write <parchment name> title none

DESCRIPTION
This command allows you to inscribe something on a piece of parchment.
If there is already text on the parchment, you will be allowed to modify
that. You must have an acceptable piece of parchment and a writing
instrument with ink in it to write.

To change the title of a piece of parchment, you can use the
'WRITE <parchment name> title <title of parchment>' form of the WRITE
command. When you title a piece of parchment, it permanently changes
its short description so it will look like:

a page of parchment titled 'the specified title'

To clear a parchment of its title, use the 'WRITE <parchment name>
title clear' form of the title command.
