WHISPER
NAME
whisper - send a private message to a character in the same location
SYNOPSIS
whisper <character name> <message>
DESCRIPTION
This command sends a private message between two characters in
the same location. Other characters in the room will know that
they are whispering to one another, but will not be able to
see what they are saying.
