NAME
weaken - drains an enemy's strength
SYNOPSIS
cast weaken <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This spell temporarily dampens an opponent's life force, sapping their
energy. Victims of the effect lose much of their strength and can barely
lift their weapons, let alone aim their attacks properly. The duration of
the spell depends upon the level of the caster, and the only other way to
reverse the weakness is by dispelling the victim.
