TITLE
NAME
title - sets or clears the title for your character
SYNOPSIS
title <description or 'none'>
DESCRIPTION
This command allows you to set your title, which is seen by
other people when they LOOK in a room. Since this is a brief
public description of your character, it must follow the same
rules as the global communication rules.
To clear your title, type TITLE NONE.
