NAME
thunderstorm - creates a localized thunderstorm

SYNOPSIS
cast 'thunderstorm'

DESCRIPTION
This spell allows the caster to temporarily slow down the movement of the
molecules in the air, causing small, localized storm clouds that
occasionally spit out fiery bolts of lightning that can be attracted to
the caster's enemies within the room.

In addition to deadly lightning, strong winds caused by the atmospheric
disturbances can displace loose rocks and break up character formations.
The spell can also disrupt 'momentary darkness' effects, both during
casting and after.

While the spell will always affect NPCs (unless cast by an NPC),
players will only be affected in playerkilling areas.
