SURVEY
NAME
survey - does an extended scan of the area to determine
major landmarks when lost.
DESCRIPTION
With the SURVEY command, the Adventurer scans the local
area for familiar landmarks to determine his current
location. Surveying will tell you how far away a particular
landmark is from your current location, and the general
direction in which it lies.
Survey can be enhanced through the use of a telescope;
when you are holding a telescope while using the SURVEY
command you will be able to see twice as far as you
normally can.
