SYNOPSIS
evoke steam <victim>

DESCRIPTION
By evoking a variety of conflicting elemental forces, the caster can
wither the flesh of an opponent with the slightest touch. The spell
drains the very life-force of the victim, causing them to suffer intense
pain.

REQUIREMENTS
* You must be a Druid in order to make use of this evocation.
* Casting this spell requires the use of 1 air reagent, 1 water
   reagent and 1 fire reagent.
* In order to practice this evocation you must have achieved at least 42%
   Spell Complexity Comprehension.
