SYNOPSIS
evoke smoke <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This evocation creates a dense black cloud of elemental smoke in front of
an opponent. Unless it is dispersed by magical means, the smoke will
obscure their vision for several minutes, decreasing their agility and
hindering most actions.
