NAME
siphon - siphons a magical affect from the victim to the caster

SYNOPSIS
cast 'siphon' <victim>

DESCRIPTION
This spell acts necromantically and allows the caster to drain a random
magical affect from the target. The target has a chance to resist the
spell, in which case it will have no effect, otherwise a random spell
affect will jump from the target to the caster.

Have caution when using this spell, for it does not distinguish between
so-called 'good' magical affects and 'negative' magical affects. The
caster could wind up with more than they bargained for!
