NAME
silence - blocks an enemy's ability to speak
SYNOPSIS
cast silence <victim>
DESCRIPTION
With this spell the caster can silence a victim, making them unable to
speak, cast spells, or even pray to their Power until the effect has worn
off. Spells belonging to the school of thought may still be cast, since
they do not require a verbal component.
If the target is in the process of casting a spell when the 'silence'
spell lands, the casting will be stopped.
REQUIREMENTS
* You must be a Wizard or Monk in order to make use of this spell.
* Casting this spell requires the use of 2 ethereal reagents, 2 astral
reagents and 1 gem reagent.
* In order to practice this spell you must have achieved at least 80%
Spell Complexity Comprehension.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Requiring greater concentration, this spell is slow to cast.
* This spell will not provoke an attack.
* This spell belongs to the Abjuration school.
