shadow imp - conjures a demonic imp from the shadows to serve the caster

SYNOPSIS
cast 'shadow imp'

DESCRIPTION
With the casting of this spell, a shadow imp is called from the etheric
plane to serve the caster. What services the imp will perform is anyone's
guess, but some of the more standard ones include keeping its master
alive and semi-healthy, and exploring the current surroundings for hidden
items and doors. If given a shovel and/or pick axe, shadow imps may dig
for buried items.

Shadow imps are also known to be inclined to pickpocket, but will share
their findings with their master (usually).

The imps, being of a semi-demonic nature, resent being pulled from their
comfortable homes in the shadow and as such may be difficult to control
under certain circumstances. In addition, as this spell deals with such
demonic forces, it may have an adverse affect upon the alignment of the
caster.
