NAME
poison gas - causes a cloud of noxious vapors to fill the area
DESCRIPTION
This spell produces a greenish cloud of poisonous vapors that will fill
the caster's current location for a variable duration of time. All who
enter the area, or who stay within the area while the spell is in effect,
will suffer from poisoning if they fail to resist the magic.
While the spell will always affect NPCs (unless cast by an NPC), players
will only be affected in playerkilling areas.
