SYNOPSIS
cast plague <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This spell strengthens the harmless bacteria found in the body of the
victim, causing them to become diseased. The outbreak will make the
victim weak and distracted, reducing their vitality and sanity. The
victim also takes damage from the spell, and will regenerate less quickly
until they are cured or until the spell wears off.
