DESCRIPTION
Historically proven to be tactically superior when used by those capable of
maximizing its advantages, phalanx maneuvers are potentially very powerful.
Any adventurer affected by magic that enhances the viability of the phalanx
will find themselves much more skilled at shield blocking, able to perform
such defenses multiple times per round, and not restricted by the usual
requirements of reflexes and blocking.
