ooze evocation - causes an enemy to slip and fall
SYNOPSIS
evoke ooze <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This evocation turns the ground beneath the victim into a slippery puddle
of ooze. There is a chance that they will lose their balance, fall to the
ground, and not be able to attack until they can stand up again.
