Lurking in the shadows and relying on subterfuge as much as magic, an
adventurer cloaked in the ominous may possesses certain unusual traits.
The two common features is an elevated presence manifesting as extra damage
dealt by thoughts, and the ability to join the form of or be joined by other
adventurers while in combat, a maneuever usually too technical to be
attempted.
