SYNOPSIS
cast 'nullification field'

DESCRIPTION
This complex psionic technique creates a field of mental energy that
nullifies certain dispelling magics. Depending on the level of the
creator of the effect, a nullification field can absorb up to six casts
of dispelling magics, such as dispel area or dispel magic, before
becoming destablized itself.

At high power levels, some dispel spells have been known to burn through
nullification fields, although the dispelling magic is usually weakened
as a result.
