SYNOPSIS
cast 'mental disruption' <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This spell causes the victim to become somewhat confused, to the point
where the complex language of magic (such as that found on scrolls and
spellbooks) becomes no more than strange squiggles and symbols when the
victim attempts to decipher it in order to cast a spell, or commit one to
memory.
