SYNOPSIS
cast 'memory drain' <victim name>
DESCRIPTION
This spell allows the psionic to directly access a victim's memories, and
wipe from them an unspecified amount of magical spells.
This spell is most effective against wizards who must memorize their
spells before they are able to cast them.
Unless the psionic is very powerful, there is a good chance that he will
not succeed in erasing all of the memorized spells from his victim's
mind, but instead will remove only a few.
