DESCRIPTION
This spell creates a magical construct that resembles a distorted mouth,
floating in mid-air. It will deliver the specified message to anyone who
enters the room, one time only.
The message must be from 3 to 250 characters in length and cannot contain
color codes.
The magical construct created by this spell can be dispelled via a 'dispel
area' spell or by such natural phenomenon such as earthquakes.
