NAME

SYNOPSIS
cast irritation <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This spell allows the psionic to plant the seed of a psychosomatic
illness in an opponent's mind. The target will become so convinced that
they have contracted the plague that actual symptoms will result. Losses
of energy and concentration will temporarily reduce the victim's vitality
and sanity, and they will not regenerate as normal until they are
convinced that the disease has passed.
