NAME
ice wind - icy wind that damages all enemies in the room
SYNOPSIS
cast 'ice wind' <target>
DESCRIPTION
This spell allows the caster to freeze the moisture in the air, forming
very sharp ice shards which are hurled about in a violent manner. Because
it will affect every living being in the room, the spell will initiate
combat with otherwise peaceful creatures. There is a chance that the ice
will temporarily freeze anyone that it touches.
REQUIREMENTS
* You must be a Wizard or Ranger in order to make use of this spell.
* Casting this spell requires the use of 1 air reagent, 1 ethereal
reagent and 2 water reagents.
* In order to practice this spell you must have achieved at least 60%
Spell Complexity Comprehension.
* You may not use this spell while underwater.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Requiring greater concentration, this spell is slow to cast.
* This spell belongs to the Conjuration school.
