NAME
ice whip - creates a curving whip of ice that slashes a victim's
formation
SYNOPSIS
cast 'ice whip' <victim name>
DESCRIPTION
This spell creates a crackling whip composed of tiny ice shards, that
once it successfully strikes its target, changes direction to strike the
next formation member. As the ice whip strikes each member, it becomes
less and less effective until it falls to the ground and melts.
