HINT
NAME
hint - access hints, both global hints and those local to your area
SYNOPSIS
hint
DESCRIPTION
The HINT command displays a random hint for your current location,
if any are available, as well as from a selection of global hints.
If you want to receive a random hint every five minutes, you may
turn the 'HINT' channel on via the CHANNEL HINT ON command.
