NAME
herald death - predict when an opponent will die in order to regain health.
SYNOPSIS
herald death [<victim>]
DESCRIPTION
Ushering souls into the afterlife as they depart their corpses is,
historically if not currently, a valkyrie's primary role on the battlefield.
Although times have changed and valkryies have grown more battle-oriented,
they still retain their traditional abilities. By heralding an opponent's
death within a minute or two of that victim dying (the victim must be below
25% health), the Powers will heal the valkyrie by a percentage of their
total health.
Heralding indiscriminately is not advised, as the very act of heralding can
be seen as a challenge, and can inspire the target to feats of bravery and
survival ordinarily impossible.
