NAME

to provide or receive healing
SYNOPSIS
cast 'harrow' [<victim>]
DESCRIPTION
Leveraging the awesome might of the sun, a caster may magically focus solar
power towards a victim, burning off most of their skin. A resistance to light
may reduce the time spent tortured by the harrowing, but until then, all
magical healing cast on others or cast on the victim will be halved.
