NAME
flintstrike - prepares a target to be lit on fire if they are not prepared,
or ignites them if they are.

SYNOPSIS
cast 'flintstrike' [<victim>]

DESCRIPTION
An invaluable spell for mages who need multipurpose spells, flintstrike
performs two functions; when cast on victims who are already susceptible
to flammability, possessing -10 or fewer fire-prcnt, flintstrike will ignite
those targets. When cast on victims who still possess some resistance to
fire, flintstrike will cover them with a layer of flammable material,
altering their fire-prcnt by -2.
