SYNOPSIS
evoke fire <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This evocation calls upon the elemental powers of fire, sending a huge
ball of flames racing towards an opponent. The magical attack is much
hotter and deadlier than fire produced on the physical plane, and can do
a great deal of damage.
