and the associated spells
SYNOPSIS
cast 'excommunicate' <target>
DESCRIPTION
A powerful ability in the hands of strong and righteous priest, an
excommunication will effectively cast out the targeted player from their
chosen religion, no longer giving them the benefit of it's religious spells.
A successful excommunication will also reduce the targets negative spell
prcnt and necromantic spell.
