SYNOPSIS
cast 'evil eye' <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This spell conjures negative energy and channels it through your eyes to
affect the target, effectively reducing his vitality and courage.
You must be able to be seen by the victim in order to cast this spell,
for it involves meeting the victim's gaze with your own and using that
gaze as a conduit for your power.
The 'remove curse' spell can be used to defeat this curse, among others.
