DESCRIPTION
Channeling the magic of the dual moons of Alyria, a caster may project
octarine energy as a blast, immersing a victim in magical chaos. Little
beyond resistance to silver will temper the short-term suffering caused
by this spell, and the only method of mitigating it for the victim to duly
anchor all cast spells with twice as many reagents as they would normally
require to cast a spell.
