that protects the target from many elemental magics
SYNOPSIS
cast 'elemental shield'
DESCRIPTION
This spell causes a shimmering rainbow shield to appear around the
caster, protecting him from spells that fall into the Elemental spell
school, such as fireball or most druidic magic. When the protected is
struck with one of these spells, depending on the complexity of the spell
the shield will either absorb the magic completely, or absorb as much of
the magic as it can (thus reducing the power of the spell) and then
collapse.
